Reflection of the year

By the time I posted this, christmas maybe over. However, as I am writing now, there is still one week till christmas.

So I was thinking of jotting down some thoughts that I have in my mind from now till end of year. Afterall, reflections dont flow in your mind as often as it seems it will, especially when life gets too busy. 

This year has been the most fruitful and happy year after graduated from university. 

I dont regret going to newcastle university to study and attended their bridging class before school starts. 

It is because of bridging and newcastle university, it is where I got to know Ash. 

Which is one of the many reasons that makes me happy this year. 

My life besides yoga, korean class, family and friends, Ash take up most part of my life as well. 

We meet twice a week when he is on holiday or doesnt have class to attend. 

If he has school to attend, I will go korean class myself so we only meet on sat. 

I am quite an independant gf right? If he has exams coming soon, we wont be meeting for two weeks straight.

I wont mind because his master is still the priority. 

And I do want him to do well for it since I will be benefiting if he do well - better future for us. 

We seldom quarrel comparing to the time when we first started. 

We are behaving like old couple who are so used to each other. 

Even though SG is damn boring with nothing to do, I got nothing to complain about since my love life is quite perfect. 

But there are people who keep asking Ash and I why dont bto flat since you dont get the flat immediately. To be honest, I am damn annoyed when people ask me this. 

This question we both know the best, and we have the same mindset- chase our own goal and dreams first, if you want to bto is your problem la, dont get us involve. 

The reasons they give are damn stupid to us, because of HDB grants, which we can't be bother with it since we are more concern about the stability of our relationship. So please stop asking.
And one good news, my dad has finally accepted Ash. And this is a very big milestone for us.
We have been fighting it for 1 year and this year it happens! I am so glad. (:
So if you are in a difficult situation, never give up! Miracle do happens! 

I have been working in this company for about 1.5 years now. 

 I dont have really close friends except for a handful of them. 

As you all know, I am quite a straight forward person with an outgoing personality. 

But at work, other than work stuff, I dont quite like talking much except to the few of them. 

They are people whom I can joke with and laugh at. 

Dont get me wrong, my colleagues are good to me, and we get along well. 

But the relationship isnt friendship, if you get what I mean. 

To be honest, I am pretty contented at where I am working and doing. 

 I am not sure how long this feelings will last since people do change from time to time, 
but for now, I am happy with it. 

My boss is also a nice guy who always talk and share things with me, 
so there isn't anything I am unhappy about.

My goals for 2015:
Ash and I will be a even more happy couple!
I wish to get promoted to Engineer 2!
Speak better Korean!
Able to do more tough yoga poses!
And of course, be happy and have lots of money so I can travel more. (:

2014 has been really a good year and I am looking forward to 2015, which I hope it will be equally good or even better!

So what is your plans for new year's eve?

I am going to watch hobbit with Ash. We have been watching hobbit for the past 2 years and this year, will be the third. #boringoldcouple
