BLUE REEF AQUARIUM

i love aquarium.

when i visit aquarium, i feel so happy and doesn't need to worry about anything.

i love marine life, this is one of the reason why i choose the course i am studying in.

i know it doesn't have any link, but for your info, i did think of becoming a marine biologist before.

but i know it won't earn any money as it is more of voluntary work to protect marine wildlife.

so i give up.

doesn't mean i didnt study marine biology, i can't be interested in it right?

i am happy that among my friends there are people who appreciate aquarium too.

one of my friends who is interested in aquarium is SAI!

when we were in london, he say he doesn't mind to follow me to the aquarium.

so nice of him! 

but this only happen once in a while because most of the time he is a devil who always bully me.

blue reef aquarium is located in newcastle.

not in the town, but offside of newcastle.

it is around the area where our marine research centre is located.

so even before we head to the research centre, we had already went to collarcoat before.

that day, yap, sai, sak, ash, kenneth and i went to blue reef aquarium.

the rest went to newcastle stadium.

sak and i were very sick of stadium already.

we went to a few stadium during our europe trip till we didnt want to go anymore.

maybe only applies to me, aquarium is more interesting than stadium!!!

we took a metro down to collarcoat station.

it was the first time i took a metro in newcastle.

i am impress how honest english people were.

they doesn't have a ticket scanner at the entrance of the station.

it is all on honesty basis.

of course, gutless people like us are so honest. we bought the ticket.

it wasn't cheap to take metro there compare to singapore.

but transport money cannot be save right?

arriving at collarcoat for the first time.

view was nice and breathtaking.

it is the nicest scene ever.

the weather is freaking cold.

i am shivering like mad as the cold wind blow.

the weather is going to rain anytime soon because dark clouds gather.

all i can do is keep hiding behind kenneth, rajiv or ashraff.

if only singapore has such nice street.

now that i am blogging here, i actually wish i am back at this pretty and quiet town.

arriving at blue reef aquarium.

if i am not wrong, the admission to this aquarium is 8pound.

cheap because it is a small aquarium.

but it got big big seal. i didnt manage to take a photo go the seal because the water is too dirty.

nothing can be seen if i take it.

piranhas. i didnt know how they look like till i went there.

they are just normal looking fish! but don't be fool.

sea urchin. i told sakinah i feel like eating sushi when i see this.

she kept laughing at me.

starfish!

more and more fishes. all this fishes can be cooked!

at that time, i wish my mommie is there to cook sambal fish for me.

sushi is always in my mind.

my favorite food is only pasta and sushi. so when i see all this animals, sushi never goes wrong.

or maybe sambal sotong?

there are so adorable. swimming so fast in the water.

i wanted to snap a photo of them swimming but i think my reaction is too slow.

all i can say is i miss newcastle.

truly, that period is the best moment in my life.

i remembered the first day i reach newcastle, i hug everyone.

the first night, sakinah, sai, ashraff and i had HTHT in ashraff room.

we see each other everyday.

when i am back to singapore, i can't get used to not seeing them everyday anymore.
it is just a habit i guess?
i can say after this trip, we can see who we can clique with and who we can't.
